How do credits work?

Every generation costs credits (the exact cost is always shown before you generate). You can buy one-time credit packs, or subscribe to a weekly or monthly plan that refills your credits every cycle. Credits from packs never expire.

My generation failed — was I charged?

No. If a generation fails, the credits are automatically refunded to your wallet. If you believe credits are missing, email us and we'll fix it.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store you purchased on:

iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app under Profile → Manage subscription.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests go through them: on iOS via reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android via Play Store order history. If you have trouble, contact us and we'll help.

What happens to my photos?

Your photos are processed securely, belong to you, and are visible only to you. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
